Let’s go in search of American Dippers and other Colorado winter birds!

Join Alison Kondler for a morning adventure at in the Colorado foothills where we’ll search for American Dippers, fascinating songbirds that thrive along fast-flowing mountain streams. Dippers are a sought-after species for birdwatchers because they are North America’s only aquatic songbird, diving and “flying” underwater to catch insects and small fish. Watching their unique behavior up close is a memorable experience for any birder. After time on the trail, the group will head to the beloved Blackbird Café in Kittredge, CO to warm up and enjoy their famous breakfast brunch (optional).

Registration opens a month prior. Use this direct link to register.
