Let’s go birdwatching together. The best way to learn to identify birds is to go out with a guide in the field. We will visit wetland habitats, identifying various duck species by sight and sound, and might be fortunate enough to witness their whimsical pairing-up displays. Lead by Alison Kondler.
All skill levels, from beginners to seasoned birdwatchers, are welcome, and participants must be 14 years of age or older. Early sign-up is encouraged. You will receive detailed information the day before the field trip.
Please bring binoculars, a scope if you have one, warm layers, water, and snacks.
This is a free field trip, though donations are appreciated.
